The Flower Preservation Service is a non-refundable deposit to reserve your slot for your sentimental flowers to be preserved. This deposit covers the cost of your flowers to be preserved and ensures that your chosen date is exclusively reserved for you.

Upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, your reservation is confirmed. We will then email you documents to guide you through the subsequent steps. It is up to you to adhere to these rules and regulations to ensure your flowers arrive in the best possible condition.

For flower preservation, please allow 2-3 weeks. For smaller items to be completed, please allow 3-6 weeks. For larger items to be completed, please allow 6-10 weeks. Please note that this timeline is subject to change during busy periods.
